Objective of the course: This course is designed to offer the ability to conduct finite element analysis in structural vibrations.

 

Course Contents:

  • Formulation of the equation of the motion

  • Element energy functions

  • Finite element displacement method

  • In-plane vibration of plates

  • Vibration of solids

  • Flexural vibration of plates

  • Analysis of free vibration

  • Forced response
